PRODUCT WARRANTY
We take great pride in supplying you with the best quality kit possible. Please inspect you kit for damage or defects when you receive it. If there is a defect or shipping damage, you are required to contact us within five (5) days of the date of purchase from a retailer or five (5) days from the date you received the item to receive a return authorization.
Note: If you purchase from our web site or our Ebay listing and have not paid for shipping insurance you will not be covered by our warranty for shipping damage (broken, chipped or damaged parts).
We guarantee our kits against defects. Each kit is inspected before it is shipped and minor imperfections are to be expected.
Some examples would be mold parting lines, slight misalignment of the mold halves, slight warping or small bubbles. We take every effort in our manufacturing process to eliminate these issues and will never knowingly ship a part that has unacceptable defects.
If you receive a box with broken parts, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can file a claim with the shipping company and get a replacement out to you in a timely manner.
DEFECTS If a defective part gets past our inspection, we will replace it if brought to our attention within five (5) days of the date of purchase or five (5) days from the date you received the item.
SHIPPING DAMAGE If a part is broken in shipping, it must be brought to our attention within ten (5) days of the date of purchase or five (5) days from the date you received the item. You will be required to send us the defective part or supply a detailed photo of the damage or defect before we can send a replacement. You will also be required to provide proof of purchase, see items 1 and 2 below.
1) The name of the buyer/PayPal account is required form web purchases
2) Dated receipt with retailers name is required for purchases from retailer
We will ship replacement part the most economical way possible and you should receive the replacement within 5-12 days inside the USA or 10-17 days outside the USA.
There may be some instances that you will be asked to pay shipping on the replacement part, examples would be:
1) You live outside the US or Canada
2) You require the replacement part ASAP and have requested expedited shipping.
RETURNS No return will be accepted without an RMA # clearly posted on the outside of the box. We will not take back your partially completed kit. Please do not ask.

SHIPPING We ship USPS and UPS at your request, shipping insurance is optional, but we cannot be held responsible for damages resulting in shipping. If you have not paid for shipping insurance you will not be covered by our warranty for shipping damage (broken, chipped or damaged parts)
We ship anywhere in the world. (Note) USPS cannot track packages, UPS can but the costs are higher. We will provide a tracking number regardless of your chosen shipping method.
